A Clark County business called Hubb reported Wednesday it has raised $3 million from backers including the Oregon Angel Fund and Elevate Capital.
Hubb’s software helps manage papers, speakers, marketing and tasks for meetings and conferences. The 4-year-old company, with offices just north of Vancouver, said it will use the new funding to expand marketing and sales. The company, which earlier raised a $1 million investment, employs 19.
Hubb said it chose Clark County over Portland because Allison Magyar grew up there, and because its offices near Interstate 5 are accessible to employees from both Oregon and Washington.
