VANCOUVER – The Mill shopping center in the North Garrison Heights neighborhood welcomes its new barbecue joint Friday.
Smokehouse Provisions serves a variety of smoked meats out of its 3,500-square-foot space at 8070 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, next to the recently opened Rally Pizza.
The opening marks the debut of the Smokehouse brand in Vancouver. Owner B.J. Smith has two other Smokehouse restaurants in Portland: Smokehouse 21 in Northwest Portland and Smokehouse Tavern in Southeast Portland.
Smokehouse Provisions in Vancouver will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
