Week 5 prep football player of the week nominees

Voting, sponsored by Athletes Corner, continues through Tuesday

Nominees for high school football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Oct. 1. Voting will conclude at 8 p.m. Tuesday with results published in Wednesday’s Columbian.

BRODY BARNUM, SKYVIEW: Barnum completed 16 of 19 passes for 162 yards and one TD and rushed for 90 yards and one TD in a win over Columbia River.

JACK COLLETTO, CAMAS: Colletto passed for 399 yards and seven TDs and also rushed for 54 yards in a win over Battle Ground.

TYLER FLANAGAN, WOODLAND: Flanagan rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown and caught three passes for 70 yards and one TD in a win over R.A. Long

DUSTIN NETTLES, EVERGREEN: Nettles rushed for 172 yards and one TD and caught six passes for 103 yards in a win over Prairie.

GLEN PERRY, MOUNTAIN VIEW: Perry rushed for 181 yards on 12 carries in a win over Hudson’s Bay.
