Girls basketball: Stevenson 52, Horizon Christian 47

Amya St. Martin had 14 points and Peighton Campbell added 12, leading Stevenson to a victory in its first game of the season.

The Bullodgs trailed at half but took control with a 20-point third quarter.

St. Martin also was credited with a strong defensive performance.
