Foster Langsdorf has been named co-Player of the Year in the Pac-12 Conference.
The Stanford junior from Vancouver (Mountain View H.S.) led the conference with 12 goals, five of them game-winners.
This season, Langsdorf led Stanford to its third consecutive Pac-12 title with an 8-1-1 record. The Cardinal have earned a No. 5 seed and a first-round bye in the NCAA playoffs.
Langsdorf follows in the footsteps of Jordan Morris, who won the award for Stanford last year. Morris, now with the Seattle Sounders, was just named Major League Soccer rookie of the year.
Langsdorf shared the Player of the Year honor with UCLA’s Jose Hernadez.
