Camas – Regardless of who you voted for, regardless of whether you’re religious or not, Camas Friends Church is inviting you to gather Sunday night to meditate on peace.

The event starts at 6 p.m. in the church parking lot, 1004 N.E. Fourth Ave. Its goal is to “remind us all that love matters most; to cultivate and demonstrate a spirit of respect, inclusion, collaboration, compassion and unity” and “to honor the light within all.”

People will be able to light a candle and say a few words, or stand in silence.

Those who attend are welcome to bring signs, chairs and umbrellas (as it may rain).
