Washougal — Washougal’s “Elements” series of public art is three-quarters completed after “Fire” was unveiled Oct. 29. The metal sculpture was created by married couple Jennifer Corio and Dave Frei, and funded by with a donation by Washougal resident Molly Coston as a tribute to her late husband, Phil Harris, former executive director of the Two Rivers Heritage Museum. “Earth” and “Wind” are already out around Washougal, and “Water” will be unveiled in 2017. “Fire” is located at Steamboat Landing, state Highway 14 and Washougal River Road.
