Employees donate time, money on Make A Difference Day

Bennington — H.B. Fuller employees spent their day on Oct. 21 completing five projects at different Educational Opportunities for Children & Families locations as part of the company’s global Make A Difference Day initiative. This was the fourth year H.B. Fuller has worked with the nonprofit, which provides early childhood education and family support programs. Employees built playground equipment and sandboxes, painted buildings, classrooms and kitchens, landscaped, assisted classroom teachers and administration and donated project supplies. The day brought in $3,300 worth of in-kind volunteer time and donations, Carol Foster, executive director for the organization, said in a release.
