A Vancouver teenager is among five suspects arrested after a home invasion reported in Oregon City, Ore. on Wednesday afternoon.
Emma Rose Seibel, 17, of Vancouver was lodged at the Donald E. Long juvenile detention center on suspicion of first-degree robbery, according to a news release issued Thursday morning by Oregon City police.
Police said they received a call about 4:30 p.m. from the Kingsberry Heights Apartments reporting that some people had broken into a home and robbed the occupants. The victims described the suspects and a getaway car.
Within four minutes, police spotted the car near Highway 213 and Clackamas River Drive. Instead of stopping, the driver led police on a chase along Clackamas River Drive before it was stopped near the Carver Bridge.
