Central Vancouver — Innovative Services NW raised $5,294 during Give More 24! Give More is Southwest Washington’s annual day of giving, which took place on Sept. 22 and raised $920,699 for local charities. This year, Innovative received 83 total gifts during Give More, which was the 11th-highest total of the 100-plus nonprofits that participated. Innovative is a Vancouver-based nonprofit that works with more than 1,300 children and adults facing disabilities and disadvantages. To celebrate the money donated during Give More, Innovative released two videos online: one with Innovative’s clients, staff and board dancing to Pharrell’s “Happy” and another with Innovative CEO Launda Carroll having pies thrown in her face by Rob Woodard, board chairman, and Susan Veneruso, director of creative strategies.
