Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Bean Acquisitions has purchased an apartment complex with 56 units on 1.83 acres from Meadow View. The apartments are at 611 N.W. 20th Ave., Battle Ground, and the purchase price was $6,440,000. Rick Bean with Rose City Real Estate represented the buyer, and Steve Mack with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

East West Martial Arts has renewed its lease at 16420 S.E. McGillivray Blvd. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

High End Marketing has leased an office building at 1920 Broadway, Vancouver, from Karin DeDona. Mike Walling of City Commercial Group represented both parties.

Realty Pro has renewed its lease at Northern Star Professional Center, 14201 N.E. 20th Ave., Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Stromer DB, doing business as Dutch Bros. Coffee, has leased 5,100 square feet of office and warehouse space at Quad 205 Business Park from Spears Real Estate. Garret Harper of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord, and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Wickum’s Welding Services has renewed its lease at ST Business Park, 14413 N.E. 10th Ave., Vancouver, and expanded its space by 3,750 square feet. Garret Harper of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
