Hazel Dell — Members of St. John Lutheran Church teamed up with Clark County Food bank for the first Food Bank Fresh event of the year.

At the event, 56 families packed the church gym and in total took in 1,658 pounds of food to help feed 198 people. The program offers farmers market-style food stands filled with fresh produce for people in need. The Clark County Food Bank distributes 6 million pounds of food and 5 million meals a year and partners with 34 local agencies to help feed the 65,000 people suffering from hunger in Clark County.
