Vancouver-based Riverview Bancorp, parent of Riverview Community Bank, announced Monday that the board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share. The dividend will be payable April 25 to shareholders of record on April 11.
Riverview stock closed Monday at $4.30 per share, up 0.5 percent. The stock has ranged from $4 to $5.48 per share in the past 52 weeks.
