Wesly J. Parker, Michelle E. Parker and Jesse Grillo, for a domestic winery license at Koi Pond Cellars, 5561 S. First Circle, Ridgefield.

Christopher M. Venuto and Sandra M. Venuto, for a craft distillery license at Horny Toad Distillery, 34821 N.E. Gable Ave., La Center.
