Those organizations receiving the funds are the Inter-Faith Treasure House, Children’s Home Society, Friends of the Camas Community Center, Camas Children’s Fund, Janus Youth Programs, the Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership, Meals on Wheels, Friends and Foundation of the Camas Library, Friends of the Columbia Gorge, REACH Community Development, Camas Farmers Market, Camas Sister City, Camas Athletics Booster Club, New Day Dental, Opera Quest Northwest, Pathways Pregnancy Clinic, and Boy Scout troops in Camas and Washougal.

“The needs in the local community continue to be great and we hope families and businesses can help the Community Chest support local nonprofit organizations that are providing much-needed community services,” Community Chest president David Pinkernell said in a press release.
