Officials on Thursday did not release information regarding the death of a man found at Tender Green Chinese Kitchen on Wednesday.

The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office said it was withholding information on the man’s identity and cause and manner of death pending notification of his next of kin.

An employee discovered the body of a man inside the Orchards Chinese restaurant, at 12329 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., prompting a suspicious death investigation.

Officers did not suspect foul play, and were investigating the incident as a burglary where the man attempted to access the building through the roof.
