The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.
In October, the Unlicensed Practice Program entered an agreement with Gale Robinson and Peter Robinson requiring them to cease and desist from practicing veterinary medicine without a license and pay a $2,500 fine. The Robinsons, who don’t have veterinary licenses, own pet care businesses that provide veterinary dental services for a fee. Gale Robinson performed veterinary dental services without a license.
In September, the Nursing Commission charged licensed practical nurse Glen Richard Tilden with unprofessional conduct. Tilden allegedly didn’t comply with a substance abuse monitoring contract.
