Gifford Pinchot National Forest snow report 3/3

Mount St. Helens — No snow at Cougar Sno-Park and 14 inches at Marble Mountain Sno-Park. Road No. 83 is clear.

The automated site at June Lake, elevation 3,440, reports 77 inches, a gain of 2 inches in the past week.

Upper Wind River — Twenty-four inches at Oldman Pass, Koshko and McClellan Meadow sno-parks and 30 inches at Lone Butte Sno-Park.

The sliding hill at Oldman Pass is still usable, but probably not much longer,

Mount Adams — Twelve inches at Pineside Sno-Park, 18 inches at SnowKing Sno-Park and 24 inches at Atkisson and Flattop sno-parks. Most trails are littered with debris after Tuesday’s wind storm.

The automated site at Surprise Lakes, elevation 4,290 feet, reports 102 inches, a gain of 2 inches in the past week.
