Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Broadway Holding Company 1 has purchased a 10,000-square-foot office building at 1924 Broadway, Vancouver, from Thomas McGreevy. The purchase price was $1,125,000. Mike Walling of City Commercial Group represented the buyer, and Colliers International represented the seller.

Della Vita Midwifery has leased 1,200 square feet at 416 N.E. 87th Ave., Vancouver, from Gail L. Gregg. July 1 is the move-in date. Adam Roselli and Garret Harper of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Evergreen Place Apartments has purchased .78 of an acre at 2700 E. Sixth St., Vancouver, from Keys Limited Partnership. The purchase price was $450,000. Gordon Lewis with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Bert Girod with Equity NW Properties represented the seller.

Kensington Realty has renewed its lease at 310 W. 11th St., Suite C, Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Pacific Crest Massage has leased 1,681 square feet of clinic space at 717 N.E. 61st St., Vancouver. The clinic offers deep tissue treatment, sports therapy treatment and hot stone therapy. July 1 is the move-in date. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord and Cari Jones of The Phillips Group represented the tenant.

Still Point Massage & Wellness has leased 1,600 square feet at 14314 N.E. 20th Ave., Suite A-114, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
