Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Aspire Behavioral Health has leased 350 square feet of office space at 3205 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver, from Strawn Properties. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Fastenal Company has renewed its lease at 906 Harney St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Friberg Chiropractic has leased 400 square feet of office space at 1710 W. Main St., Suite 213, Battle Ground, from BTR Properties. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Kendall Hagensen, doing business as Vancouver Wellness Studio, has leased 2,800 square feet at 800 Franklin St., Suite 200, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Company. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Kesala Law has leased 1,210 square feet of office space at 3205 N.E. 78th St., Suite 102, Vancouver, from Strawn Properties. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Pegoraro Auto has renewed its lease at 3110 N.E. Minnehaha St., Suite A, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Silvertreck Systems has leased 1,048 square feet of office space at 1710 W. Main St., Suite 101, Battle Ground, from BTR Properties. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

True Built Home has leased 1,010 square feet at Salmon Creek Commerce Center, 1319 N.E. 134th St., Suite 109, Vancouver, from DG Holsinger II. The scheduled move-in date is July 1. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Wells Fargo Bank has renewed its lease at Northern Star Professional Office Plaza, 14201 N.E. 20th St., Suite 2102, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Anya Ostry of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Zhenbo Li, doing business as Lotus Office, has purchased a medical office building at 513 N. Morrison Road, Vancouver, from Dr. Douglas Rutan. The purchase price was $225,000. Edward Goldhammer of Realty Pro represented the seller and Ben Sheldon of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the buyer.
