Shumway — Miss Clark County’s Outstanding Teen Anna Countryman, 16, won the Non-Finalist Talent and Hope for Tomorrow Monitoring Award at Miss Washington’s Outstanding Teen competition last month in Burien.
She was one of 22 competitors, and she tap-danced to “Runaway Baby.”
She earned the award for exceeding all other contestants in mentoring her state princess. She is a sophomore at Vancouver School of Arts & Academics.
