Two vehicles crashed into a building at Fourth Plain Boulevard and Broadway Street this morning, briefly blocking traffic while emergency crews responded.

The cinder block building houses the Vancouver Education Association, a labor organization that represents teachers.

A corner of the building, 2509 Broadway St., was heavily damaged by the crash. The sidewalk will remain closed until repairs can be made.

Details on the incident were not immediately available, though emergency radio traffic monitored by the Columbian indicated that there were no serious injuries.
