Foreclosure rate falls again first half of 2016

CLARK COUNTY – Home foreclosures keep falling in Clark County, with 535 filings in the first six months of 2016, according to a RealtyTrac report. The county had the 12th highest rate of foreclosure between January and June this year among Washington’s 39 counties.

Foreclosures, which affect 0.3 percent of all county homes, have decreased 13 percent since the first half of 2015. The foreclosure rate is less than half experienced between 2010 and 2012.
