Tibbits finishes play at U.S. Junior Amateur

Vancouver golfer Spencer Tibbits shot a 4-over-par 76 Tuesday at the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship near Chattanooga, Tenn.
Tibbits finished two rounds of stroke play at 13-over, tied for 109th. The top 64 advance to the match play portion of the tournament.
