Church on the Rock has purchased a 6,600-square-foot church building on 5 acres at 500 S.W. Eaton Blvd., Battle Ground, from North Creek Church. The purchase price was $1,525,000. Nathan Cano with Cano Real Estate represented the buyer, and Jim West with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
MW Main Street Properties purchased a building at 1919 Main St., Vancouver, from Broadway Holding Company. The purchase price was $225,000. Mike Walling of City Commercial Group represented both parties.
