Vancouver – For people who prefer to retire in place, many want to remodel or buy a home that fits their needs as they age. But what’s the best way to pay for that?

Longtime loan officer Mark Eshelman, who specializes in reverse mortgages, will talk about financing options at Tuesday’s Clark County Commission on Aging meeting. The meeting is set for 4:30 p.m. in the sixth-floor hearing room of the Public Service Center at 1300 Franklin St.

Eshelman is a certified senior advisor and volunteers on the commission’s housing committee.

The Tuesday talk is part of an ongoing speaker series focused on housing for older people.
