Clark County – The Giving Circle, a program of the Nonprofit Network of Southwest Washington, will focus on housing and homelessness during its 2016-2017 granting cycle. Members of The Giving Circle donate a minimum of $250, which is pooled into a fund. After learning about what different organizations are doing in the community, members vote on how the funds should be dispersed.

Money could go toward services such as rent assistance, low-cost housing, emergency shelter, resident services, programs and support for people in transitional or low-income housing. The 2016-2017 granting cycle kicks off Sept. 15.
