One of three suspects in a mugging Wednesday night at Evergreen Park was stabbed by the person he allegedly tried to rob, then was arrested by police.

Officers were called to Evergreen Park, 2400 Rossiter Lane in Vancouver, just after 10 p.m. Wednesday for a report that a man was physically assaulted by three men who took his mountain bike, Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.

The bike’s owner stabbed one of the suspects during the robbery, Kapp said.

That suspect, identified as Ronley Santer, 21, of Vancouver, was found by police, treated at a hospital and booked into the Clark County Jail on suspicion of first-degree robbery, Kapp said. The other two suspects have not been located, she said.

The man who was robbed refused medical treatment.

Anyone with information about the incident can call the agency’s tip line at 360-487-7399.
