Clark County – Clark County Community Services is asking low-income residents to take a confidential survey about their family’s needs. The survey is conducted every three years, and the results are used to inform the Community Action Advisory Board about how to disperse Community Services Block Grant money.

If multiple families live in the same residence, each family can fill out a survey.

The survey is available though Sept. 30 and takes about 12 minutes to complete online or on paper. It’s online in English at www.goo.gl/forms/jCMSWCMQY2iqg1x42.

Service providers — such as those that offer housing, food, clothing and employment assistance — have paper copies in English, Spanish and Russian. Anyone unable to get a paper copy can contact Rebecca Royce at 360-397-2075, ext. 7863, or rebecca.royce@clark.wa.gov.
