Elizabeth Sheldon scored 12 of her 17 points in the second half to help rally the visiting Cougars to the non-league win.
Seton Catholic (7-9) outscored Tenino 15-4 in the fourth quarter. Sheldon made three 3-pointers in the second half, two of them in the fourth quarter. Amy Frazier also hit a 3-pointer in the fourth quarter.
The seventh win is the most the Cougars have posted since moving into Class 1A.
