Boys basketball: Hudson’s Bay 61, Ridgefield 57

Quadrese Teague scored 15 of his game-high 21 points in the second half to lead Hudson’s Bay to an important 2A Greater St. Helens League win.

Tuesday began with second through seventh place separated by 1.5 games. Bay (7-10, 4-5) now sits alone in fourth place behind R.A. Long (5-3) Woodland (4-4).

The Eagles led by as many as 13 early in the fourth quarter. Ridgefield rallied and pulled within three points with one minute to play.

After Quentin Raynor made one of two free throws, the Eagles defense made a stop to secure the win.

Raynor finished with 15 points while Shawn Morgan had 11 points and 12 rebounds.

Louden Wardius had 16 points and Auston DeHaan added 12 for Ridgefield (6-10, 3-6).
