Boys basketball: Evergreen 62, Heritage 43

A 21-0 first quarter sent the visiting Plainsmen on their way to the Class 4A Greater St. Helens League victory.

Heritage coach Drew Preuninger said Evergreen’s pressure defense was impressive in the first quarter.

Tyrus Hosley finished with 16 points to pace the Plainsmen offense and John Hansberry scored 12 points.

Tanner Lunberg scored 13 points and Keoni Penueta 11 for the Timberwolves.
