Ryder Poverud scored 18 points to help the visiting Hawks to the Class 2A Greater St. Helens League win.
Ten of Poverud’s points came in the third quarter, when Hockinson outscored Ridgefield 21-12 to build a 12-point lead. Ridgefield pulled within two points once in the fourth quarter.
Ry Paulson added 11 points for Hockinson (8-8, 3-5).
Travis Gottsch and Auston DeHaan each scored 16 points for the host Spudders (6-9, 3-5).
