The Battle Ground Police Department is asking for the public’s help with identifying a man and woman who used fraudulent checks to buy goods in Battle Ground and the greater Clark County area last month.

The department shared images taken from surveillance video of a man and woman, and said investigators think the two may be from the Longview-Kelso area.

The police asked anyone who can help identify either person to contact Battle Ground police Detective Michele Fox at 360-342-5244 or michele.fox@cityofbg.org. People also may leave anonymous tips online at www.cityofbg.org/tips.
