Boys basketball: R.A. Long 62, Hockinson 46

Four players scored in double figures as the visiting Lumberjacks recorded a Class 2A Greater St. Helens League win.

Kinai Kiyokawa scored 16 points for Hockinson (7-8, 2-5), but most of the Hawks struggled on offense.

Keoni Mawae led R.A. Long (8-7, 4-3) with 17 points and Coby Rothwell scored 14.

“We couldn’t really get a groove going offensively or defensively,” Hockinson coach Manny Melo said.
