The Falcons defense was sharp in helping to pick up the non-league win at Tumwater.

Greg Bernash had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, Palmer Goecke scored his 18 points on six 3-pointers, and Seth Hall had 13 points for Prairie (9-3).

“The big thing for us was getting two single-digit quarters in the first half, and then in the fourth quarter,” Prairie coach Kyle Brooks said of holding down Black Hills. “It was a great defensive effort.”
