Boys basketball: Evergreen 92, Mountain View 65

The host Plainsmen pulled away in the second half for the Class 4A Greater St. Helens League win.

Four players scored in double figures for Evergreen (7-2, 3-0), led by 21 points from Tyrus Hosley and 20 from Greg Washington.

The Plainsmen led by four points at halftime, but outscored the Thunder 54-31 in the second half.

For Mountain View (6-4, 2-1) Jack Mertens scored 21 points and Alex Bailey 17.
