Vancouver — Members of the board of directors of Vancouver Public Schools have scheduled a board retreat from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the Artillery Barracks at Fort Vancouver, 600 Hatheway Road. The purpose of the retreat is to discuss the Governance Team. No formal action will take place.
