Chipotle Mexican Grill has leased 2,009 square feet of space at 205 Commerce Center on East Mill Plain Boulevard, and 2,500 square feet of space at Thurston 500, 4311 N.E. Thurston Way, both in Vancouver. New & Neville Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
Elemund has purchased a commercial building at 3001 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Febio Ferruzzi. For the past 20 years, it has been the location of Venice Genoa Tile. Best Cabinet and Granite Supply, a Portland company, is expanding and will also operate from the Vancouver location. The purchase price was $965,000.
