The Winds and Strings Celtic Band and Praise Band Unplugged will perform two concerts to benefit the Winter Hospitality Overflow shelters. The Winds and Strings will perform their rendition of Celtic tunes using a variety of traditional instruments. They will be joined by Unplugged Praise Band, featuring contemporary Christian music. The concerts take place at 3 p.m. Jan. 9 at St. Andrew’s Church, 5607 N.E. Gher Road, and 3 p.m. Jan. 10 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1309 Franklin St., Vancouver.
