• MAIL: Post offices closed. Only express mail delivered. The postal unit at the Shell gas station, 1605 N.W. Sixth Ave., Camas, is open 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day of the year.
• GARBAGE: Trash and recyclables normally picked up today by Waste Connections in Vancouver and most of Clark County will be picked up Saturday. In Camas, Friday’s trash and recyclables will be picked up Monday.
• PUBLIC LIBRARIES: Fort Vancouver Regional Library and Camas Public Library closed.
• CLARK PUBLIC UTILITIES: Offices closed. For 24-hour customer service, call 360-992-3000. For outages or emergencies, call 360-992-8000.
• GOVERNMENT OFFICES: Closed.
• PARKING METERS: On-street parking free.
• BUSES: Today, C-Tran buses, TriMet buses, MAX and Portland streetcars follow the Sunday schedule.
• DRIVER’S LICENSING: Closed.
• EMISSIONS TESTING: Closed.
• VEHICLE LICENSING: Closed.
• BANKS: Closed.
• FINANCIAL MARKETS: U.S. stock markets closed.
• ZOO: Oregon Zoo open.
• MARSHALL COMMUNITY CENTER: Closed.
• FIRSTENBURG COMMUNITY CENTER: Closed.
• VANCOUVER MALL: Open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Anchor store hours may vary.
• THE COLUMBIAN: Offices closed. The circulation customer service line is open 4:30 a.m. to noon, 360-694-2312.
