Firefighters and the American Red Cross responded to a house fire that displaced six people early Saturday morning.
The fire at the Orchards-area home, 9817 N.E. 64th St., was reported at about 6 a.m. According to the Red Cross, the fire affected five adults, one child and four pets.
The Red Cross arranged temporary lodging for the occupants, addressed immediate basic needs and provided information about recovery services, disaster health and mental health services.
