Comedian Bob Perkell will headline Lifeline Connections’ fundraiser Friday. The family-friendly show is 6 to 9 p.m. Friday in Gaiser Hall at Clark College, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way.
Perkell, a recovering alcoholic who frequently does recovery shows, has appeared on Comedy Central, “Last Comic Standing” and Showtime.
While there’s no admission fee, donations are encouraged and there will be a raffle.
The evening starts with a dinner buffet of pizza, soda and dessert. Money raised during the “I Love Recovery” fundraiser will go toward Lifeline Connections’ Alumni Program, which was started a few years ago to support those in recovery through networking and events.
