Girls basketball: Prairie 65, Wilson 42

The Falcons’ pressure defense forced 28 turnovers and they were monsters on the boards with 40 rebounds in winning the 3A bi-district third-place game at Rogers High School in Puyallup.

Grace Prom scored 22 points for the Falcons and led all scorers.

Cherita Daugherty had 11 points and six rebounds, and Natalie Whitesel had six assists.

Prairie (20-4) and Wilson (18-6) both await the draw for the 3A state regional round.
