BRUSH PRAIRIE — Daybreak Youth Services recently paid $5.1 million for a new location in Vancouver.
The nonprofit bought a 30,000-square-foot former church and 8.5 acres of land at 11910 N.E. 154th Ave. in Brush Prairie to expand their services, according to a press release.
Assemblies of God Loan Fund sold the building and land.
Renovations by the chemical dependency and mental health organizations are expected to start toward the end of 2016, according to the release from Eric Fuller & Associates, which handled the transaction.
