Get Space, a storage company, has purchased 1.62 acres at Ward Road and Northeast Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver, from AWE Enterprises. The purchase price was $769,500. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and George Slevin of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.
Kidspace Child Enrichment Center has leased 2,100 square feet of office space at 5139 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver, from Greenskerry. The locally-owned company provides child care and programs for children 2 to 12 years old. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
