Girls basketball: King’s Way Christian 48, Hudson’s Bay 45

Senior Meleah Kainu made a 3-pointer in the final minute to lift the visiting Knights to the non-league win.

It was the fourth consecutive win for King’s Way, which finished the season with a 6-11 record. Kainu’s only basket of the game broke a 45-45 tie.

MacKenzie Ellertson scored 18 points, McKenzie Schaller 14 and Hannah Moats 10 for the Knights.
