Commercial Designs has leased 643 square feet of office space at 1710 W. Main St., Suite 220, Battle Ground, from BTR Properties. Jim West and Blake Federinko of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord. Jim West also represented the tenant.
Solid Surface Technology has leased 6,050 square feet of space at 3012 N.E. Minnehaha St., Suites A and B, Vancouver, from M2J Investment Group. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.
