Girls basketball: King’s Way Christian 46, Columbia-White Salmon 36

McKenzie Schaller scored 27 points to help lead King’s Way Christian to the Trico League win over visiting Columbia of White Salmon.

MacKenzie Ellertson had 13 points and seven assists, feeding passes on Schaller.

On senior night for King’s Way, seniors Madison Veltkamp and Meleah Kainu provided solid defense, helping to shut down the Bruins’ top scorers. No player from Columbia was in double figures.
