Adventist Health offers free coaching on sleep

Sleep specialists from Adventist Health are offering free coaching to improve sleep and heart health.

The specialists will coach people on developing a personalized sleep plan based on the latest biological and psychological knowledge about sleep and sleeping well. Improved sleep is also beneficial for heart health.

The Sleeping Well Again session is 6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 25 at Adventist Medical Center, Education Center B, 10123 S.E. Market St.

The session will be led by Rocky Garrison and Dr. Vanessa Peterson, sleep specialists from Adventist Health’s Sleep Center.
